I have a BIG problem..
I've just broken up with my Boyfriend because of another boy.
There is this guy in my music class called Tom. He's cute,smart and really cool&funny. At first I really liked him as a friend,But then I gave him my number and we started texting me.
Then one day I texted him and his reply was "Leave me alone you loser freak." Turns out the next day he said it was his friend who wrote it and not him.
Now it's been over 2 years and I haven't spoken to him:(
I feel so awkward and I can't stop thinking about him but I think he's ignoring me.

Wait, how long ago did you break up with your boyfriend? It seemed like right away at first, because of Tom, but if you haven't spoken to Tom in two years, how long ago was this? Or have you not spoken to your ex in two years?
Ugh, I'm confused.

Sorry,I haven't been too clear.
I broke up with my BF two days ago because I couldn't stop thinking about Tom. I feel sooo bad because I didn't feel the special connection with Sean(My ex) so we broke up. He was the one who suggested it because he said I was distracted and we were better off as friends.

Oh... but you haven't talked to Tom in two years? Is he still in your classes and stuff?
I don't see why he wouldn't be talking to you if the whole text thing was just his friend. That doesn't make sense, lol. I suggest you try to talk to him about it... if it has been two years, he should be over it enough to talk to you. And if not, he's not worth your time. Any guy that can hold a grudge that long is gonna end up causing problems for you anyway.

You're probably right. He's in my Irish&Music class. No wonder I'm not getting my usual A's. He's distracting me..I don't know if he's ignoring me,I think he's too shy.

I had the same sh*t done to me, OMG! It was crazy! I ended up getting back together with the guy I'm with now.
I don't know if this applies to you but a few words of advice: Never leave the one you love for the one you like because the one you like will leave you for the they love.

Hai, you should just follow your heart and start to be friends with the guy you like, so what if its been 2 years? Maybe his feelings grew for you, just forgive and forget the past with him and ask him out as friends first and see how it all goes form there, best wishes to you! xxx

Aww,Cho Chang,I feel your pain okay,so..this boy is your age,right?and you're like 14 or 15 as I remember,right?well,I'm not much older but I know (from many strange experiences  ) that most of younger guys are pretty immature and unable to have some relationship with girl...I dont know,I'm 16 but still have to look for older guys lol.
anyway, I heard like hundred times that some boy send some f***ed up message to some girl and the next day told it was his friend/cousin/mother... I think he's doesnt know what he feels about you,so how are you supposed to know?he's most probably scared of beginning some relationship.if you want to talk about it or ask sth you can pm me

I might be a bit harsh here for asking this but... if you were into Tom, then why did you make up with Sean? I know you probably want words of encouragement/soothing/advice now, but if you were into Tom, then all you achieved with your relationship with Sean is make Sean sad, which is not how it works. =/
Or were you with Sean before you met Tom?
