I found a pic of Dudley being I think attacked by the Dementors and he looks drunk and he also looks so fat! Here take a look:

I actually think he has lost a lot of weight. But you really can't tell because it doesn't show all of his body.

I hope his voice is different now in the 1st film it was really annoying lol...
