The ones we know of are:

1. Tom Riddle's Diary (destroyed)
2. Marvolo Gaunt's Ring (destroyed)
3. Slytherin's Locket (R.A.B)
4. Hufflepuff's Cup (Unknown)

And according to Dumbledore;

5. Something of Ravenclaw's (Unknown)
6. Something of Gryffindor's or something else completely. (Unknown)

destroyed horcruxes:

1. diary
2. ring

unknown... but certainly horcruxes:

3. locket
4. hufflepuff's cup (well, almost certainly)

could be, but not sure...

5. something of ravenclaw's
6. something of gryffindor's
7. nagini
8. harry

then you have the soul in voldemort's body

if you believe he has a seven part soul, then pick any 2 of the "could be's"
if you believe he has a six part soul and never got his ideal 7, then pick 1.
if you believe he has an eight part soul because one of them is an accidental horcrux, then pick 3.

Ah yes, Nagini was mentioned by DD, completely forgot. I truly believe thats she is a Horcrux, considering the options Voldemort had after being "killed" by baby Harry.

So only the 6th Horcrux is unknown, if we take it that Ravenclaw's item is that. Dumbledore already told Harry that Gryffindor's remaining relic is with him, the Sword. So the final list is;

1. Gaunt's Ring - Killed the Riddles (Although that's speculation, he had the ring already when talking to Slughorn)
2. Riddle's Diary - Killed Moaning Myrtle (with the Basilisk)
3. Slytherin's Locket - Killed Hepzibah Smith (Most likely)
4. Hufflepuff's Cup - Unknown Murder
5. Something of Ravenclaw's or Unknown - Unknown Murder
5. Nagini - Killed the Old Man.

just keep reading and you'll find out in due time. being on this board before you've finished the book is really risky business btw.
