Why didn't Harry Ron and Hermione just dissaperate when the snatchers came?? Was it because of their portective enchantments? And also, When Dobby saves everybody from the Malfoys, how can they see shell cottage when the secret keeper, Bill, hasn't told them where the house is?

Right. Harry tried apparating to Shell Cottage, but didn't know the location, just the general village. Dobby steered them towards it. _________________
To answer the first question - I think that they got panicked, that's all. It's quite typical, plus, if they disapparated, they would have lost, not only the tent, but most of their stuff (since I doubt Ron was a cleaning person). There's also the slight possibility that one of the Snatchers placed the Anti-Apparition charm on the area as soon as they appeared.
Also, Dobby didn't Apparate IN the House - since the house is the place the enchantment is made - but outside it. Ron, who had been tere before, could get in, if the enchantment was there.
Also, it is never said that they got in the house. Bill and Fleur might have just seen them appear outside and ran over to them. Don't forget that Bill knew Ollivander, since - well - since he's a known Wandmaker. _________________ Fact 1: Moody rocks your socks. And mine too.

Are you referring to Kreacher bringing Mundungus to Grimmauld Place? Because Mundungus already knew the secret, he'd been in there before.

It doesn't matter, there was no fidelius Charm on Shell Cottage when Dobby apparated the trio, Dean, Luna, Griphook and Ollivander there. Which was why Ron was able to tell them the location of Shell Cottage. We find out later in the Chapter "Shell Cottage" that there is now a Fidelius Charm on Shell Cottage cause Bill says that they had to Rescue Ginny on her way home from Hogwarts for Easter and take her to Auntie Muriels. They had to rescue Ginny cause the DE's were bound to go after her cause they figured Ron was not dying with spattergroit when the Trio were captured and taken to Malfoy Manor. Thus when The trio arrive with Dobby, Bill leaps into action and makes sure the weasley Family is safe and makes sure they set up the Fidelius Charm on Shell Cottage and Auntie Muriels, Bill never had to tell them the location of Shell Cottage cause they were already there or they were told but JKR never put in the book because it was irrelevant. When Dean, Luna and Ollivander were taken to Auntie Muriels either Arthur came to Shell Cottage to collect them and tell them the secret of AuntieMuriels house location or was waiting for them when they arrived on the outskirts of the fidelius charms' protection and were told then (like harry outside Grimmauld Place in OotP. _________________ Member #3 of the "David Yates has no direction for the Potter films and should therefore be stoned" club!

But if Bill told the secret to Ron, Ron would be able to tell, is one theory. The other theory is that Ron apparated near shell cottage... and from there was able to gain admittance. It depends on how JKR wants the Secret Keeper thing to work. She has changed her story once before.
Lupin appeared at Shell Cottage, too, to tell them all about the birth of his son. i look at it this way; once you've been told where it is, you can go in, secret keeper or not. ron probually contated bill, bill told him where Shell cottage was, and, poof! ron was there. i think that if ron told doby where shell cottage was, the dobby was able to apperate there. _________________ Sig by RJ (Evanesco)
