Just a place for people who prefer not to listen to rap. Just opinions. Their are some good rappers out there and some bad. this is just about the bad thats preasuring younger women and men to do drugs, have premature sex, and etc.

Ok Rap Musics cuz music has a beat and express what the artist wants to say, So yeah some people think raps good and some not. I think it is ok(but i dont listen because i want to be safe and not hear all that vulgar.) But I prefer not to listen to it. And i agree with bob alot of but not all of it contsains cusing and Vulgar and sex which i think is not good for young tenns and even little kids.
Think about a little 6 year old that had just turned on a radio and she turned it to a rap staion cuz the music (not words) were cool and funny. then imagine here hearing all this cusing and sex stuff.
Yes rock has some of this stuff but there is lots of instruments and riffs and things like that BUT it not the main part rap is more computer and singing.
So do You think SOME rap is ruining the younger generration
My vote is yes!

What six year old girl would be able to even slightly comprhend what they are saying? They say it so fast. And most stations censor their music so it wouldnt even be that bad. Give me a valid example and maybe you will gain my respect.

Opinions are not the same things as arguing and insults. Personally, I'm not a fan of rap music. That's my opinion. But I am not going to insult those who like rap or those who don't like rap. And believe me, it's better not to argue with those who do like it.
