It starts at about 3:14. It makes a sort of "Bwoop" sound. It plays along with the hand drums.

oh,I heard it,I know what you mean...I'm not sure but I think drums make that sound...weird sound Shocked but cool

I think it might be a lute or something. I could be wrong. Or it could be a digery-do.
