OMG!!!! My friend, Kelsy Winters, made the trial cuts in 4 events!!! I'm soooooooooo excited for her. I saw her make 2 of them!!!

The 50 Free and
the 100 Fly are the ones i saw her make.

They are being held in Omaha, Nebraska.

Does anyone else make/ know people that made Trials?

Congratulations to your friend!

The Olympics do not seem to be as big of a deal as they used to be. It's a shame, really.

i actully saw her make 3 of them, i saw the 200 Fly also.

ya, i agree with you on that one GinnyX, and it is a huge shame.

I'm also mad that i won't get to see the Thorpedo race Micheal Phelps again, he retired last year.

Thorpe would have beat his record if he didn't retire and Michael Phelps would be 2nd. The only reason he broke that record was because they both trained hard and Ian would have just beat him.

Hmm...isn't Jessica Schipper from Australia in the 100 Butterfly. I heard of Kelsy too, I think it was about swimming, something important.

hmmm..... I don't know about Ian and Micheal, it would've been one hell of a race though.

Yes, Jessica is from Australia for Fly.

That she made Trials, oh btw did you hear that the Complex was damaged in the storm and they had to evacuate the swimmers and coachs, and everybody from the facility.

I don't know how she did yet, but I can only hope for the best.

Peter Benner also made Trials, he's from SST, in Savannah, which Kelsy is from GCAT, my old team. I'm from WIST.

pottersgirl66, that is really cool! My mom used to dive, but she was injured so she didn't make it to the Olympics.

HEY NOT TRUE!!!!!! Well, Grant Hacket is going to kick some serious Red, White, and Blue butt, and then the swimmer from Auburn that is swimming for the Aussie's is going to be good, they also have Jessica.

But the USA has, Micheal Phelps, Ian Crocker, Natalie Counglan(SP), Brendan Hanson, Eric Shantal(he has cancer btw, Auburn swimmer), Mark Gangloff(another Auburn swimmer, met him, he's nice), that new girl that beat Natalie in one of the fly events, Amanda Beard, and Amanda Weir(met her too, not that nice).
