Try Nero Burning Rom, Thats a best piece of Burning software out there

if you want the best piece of software that has everything starting from audio, CD, DVD, ISO, BIN etc, then Nero is the one, You could go for there trial version which is free for 15 days, but then again you have to pay afterward

It doesn't really matter what you use...
There are so many different programs, just use itunes or windows media player.
