perhaps the most influential fantasy writer J.R.R. Tolkien's greatest work was Lord of the Rings. So, whats your favorite book of the series?
mine, The Hobbit. I consider it part of the series.

I love all of the books, really. They are so fantastic. Magic, aw. But Harry Potter is better though.

I always wondered why they didn't turn it into a film, i mean the cartoon one was ok...

well, they are. I think their making it in 2 parts...which, I don't understand.

| I like the Silmarillion best...not sure if that counts though. Fellowship of the Ring would be second, although I haven't gotten around to reading Return of the King yet. Maybe I'll like that one better. |
