Ok, I've searched the forums, and I couldn't find anything like this, so I don't think it exists.

This game is really very simple. The person above you will name something that the boggart will turn into when it sees you. Then you have to say something that makes it less scary.

Example:
Person 1: Boggart: giant snake
Person 2: Snake shrinks to the size of a grain of sand.
Boggart: mad axe man

Ok, I'll start.

Boggart: rabid squirrel
