no

you see when i first voted for bush it was because i felt he was best, and throughout his presidency i liked him. even in the beginning of the war on terror i liked him. but he got sidetracked (hey look a bunneh) and never got back on track.

we should be searching afgani caves for osama. we shouldnt be helping iraq get back on its feet. thats what the red cross is for. as for having our boys over there.. to a point i am fine with it. that is what they signed up for (the fighting not the helping iraqis cross the street part.)

in fact the thing that made me not like bush wasnt on foreign soil. it was katrina and the way that wasnt handled.

as for my most recent vote that didnt happen because brian refused to drive me to the voting booth, which i think should be a federal offense. i would have voted for bush again... only because he was the lesser of the two evils.

i hated kerry

now i dont know who i like more. i feel this country is ready for a female president, but not directly after bush.. because bush pissed off countries that hate females and i think that would make america look weak and put us in danger of future attacks. (please forgive how sexist that sounds but i dont think hillary would do squat, maybe if say mr. slave was president i would be ok with it... she has a set on her that i would trust to protect the country that my kids will be growing up in)

im not sure how i feel about obama either but i feel he would be a better cushion between bush and female presidencies.

so i wouldnt change a thing, but i did learn something.

you dont have to be republican or democrat. all politicians lie. just go with who you feel isnt gonna get your state blown up.

Why, Ravvy? WHY?!?

I never liked him. Another bigoted imbecile who doesn't know how to handle the economy, and uses reactionary social policies and bigotry to win southern votes. Not to mention he started his campaign with Peter Atkins' apprentice, Karl Rove, and slandered his way to the nomination. Then he began his presidency with Watergate II (Florida, WHAT?) and went full scale 'let's overstep constitutional boundaries' on like... day one in office. So yeah, even before the whole 9/11-Iraq thing, I never liked Bush.

Because our president is terrific? I think terrifying would be a more appropriate adjective, although tyrannical is a close second.

I find this extreamly amusing. Think about all the wives crying because she will never see her veteran husbands again, think about the starving, homeless crying for lack of food. Mr. President, you have it good compared to the rest of the population.

I knew she lived in the Philippines... I don't understand why that didn't pop into my head when she said 'our president.' My bad.
