Seems like I am banned...
I used a proxy to visit the site and it worked. I wrote to them because I had done nothing wrong. I read and reread the TOS. This is b.s.

Receiving that error message is a quite rare way for a web host to ban you from a site. More commonly, that error occurs when there's a problem with a website (i.e. maintenance, server problems, downtime, etc). However, since you were able to access the site via a proxy, your conclusion that you are banned appears to be correct. Please keep in mind that you may not be singled out. Your ISP could be banned or plenty of other collections of addresses. Hopefully your support request receives a reasonable reply.
