Ever find a PC or a Mac that you really want, only to find bestbuy or the Apple store holding it for.. $1000+
What computer would you WANT? and which one does it seem like you can pay for?
Links, Specs, and images to what you want are fine.

i would love to have a touch screen computer. i was sopposed to get one for graduation, but with the ecconomy as it is, it was a no go

I'm with Michael Massacre. I have never seen a Mac that I had to have.
anyway, on a much happier note!
heres what i want!!!
AMD Athlon X2 5600+ (brisbane core)
HIS Radeon HD4850 512mb graphics
Seagate 500gb hard drive
2gb Crucial Ballistix Ram
Gigabyte motherboard with AMD 780G chipset
Thermaltake case and 500watt power supply
Samsung 22X DVD+/-RW
Final cost was $701.64
we are using your logitech mouse and keyboard and that copy of windows XP Pro... (we can get vista later if we need it)

Same here.
My dream computer is this:
1000GB of HD
4GB RAM
EVGA 01G-P3-N891-AR GeForce 9800 GX2 - Graphics card
And I would put that in a black computer shell, with one of the sides transparent and it shines blue on the interior.
Now that's a PC.

My dream computer is this:

I did it more often in the past but since i been working and stuff for the past few years i've slowly built my custom pc. I did, however, get bored yesterday and did a customization of a computer w/ insane components... total price: $12,500 ... in reality, there are three things i'd want from that computer now... 2x Nvidia 280 GTX 1gb cards and the 42in 1920x1200 lcd  .
it's funny but, now that most of my components are top notch, there's not really much i can upgrade anymore... all i got left is video card... and second or larger LCD...
