On chapter 36 pg734 (war scene) it said"...and Harry saw Charlie Weasly overtaking Horace Slughorn..." but then it says "...McGonagall,Slughorn and Kingsley where all fighting voldemort.

Apparently there were a couple minutes in between. First Charlie overtook Slughorn on his way to wherever, then Slughorn joined McGonnagall and Kingsley.
