out of all the witchs mentioned i would say bellatrix but after the nineteen years passed hermione for sure. she was already close to being up there with bellatrix before she even finished at hogwarts...

i think they only reason mrs weasley was able to kill bellatrix was all the adrenaline and she was protecting her children when bellatrix was just enjoying herself trying to kill little kids.

hermione hands down. she was so smart to begin with and as time goes by she just gets better and smarter
but i also hav to say tonks, being a metamorphmagus could really help her in a lot of situations

ive said it. bella is a fascinating character... female villains are cooler than male villains... and its even nicer when theyre so crazy and completely conscienceless.
