every pic i find on the internet is to big...i need jst the right size picture of the hufflpeuff sign so i can use it for my avatar because i hope to be placed in hufflepuff house

Look in Free Promotions, I put a link for a free program that will let you size down, size up some, make text on, any photo you save into your computer. With some trial and error, and practice you can take a photo from any where and make it yours. I made my avitar.

And if you don't have paint, or another program, go to a website that lets you resize it down.
Thats what I did with my Domukon Avatar.
