Well I just took mine on mine from my sisters photobuket. It is pretty easy once you get used to it. I have made ones of my own before like on X-Hogwarts I made that one. And I'm making a new one at the moment of the film Rent...TRYING TO!

The link PG posted gives a good description of how to add an image to your signature. The more difficult part is creating the image. Usually, you can find a pretty good picture to use from other websites. You could try searching Google Images for a certain image. Just play around until you find something that fits you.
If you want to create something unique, you'll need some sort of image editing software such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, or even Microsoft Paint. (Or you can ask someone else that makes sigs very nicely and they may create one for you  )

I have a picture that I want for my signature, but I don't exactly want to become a member on photobucket.com. Is there any other way I can put my picture in the space for the sig??

I found it on Google images. You just have to type in Ravenclaw. It has the Ravenclaw symbol and it also says, on the right side of the symbol, 'Or yet in wise old Ravenclaw, If you've a ready mind, Where those of wit and learning, Will always find their kind. And under that it says Ravenclaw. Is that what you wanted?? It's pretty much all I can give you.  Sorry if this takes up your time trying to look for it.

That’s because it’s got Superman in it, and Superman owns all. So a sig is obviously going to look better when a better character is used. Ha!
