Probably not, but if you go to the Great Hall, you could ask someone to make it for you.

i went to that link too and got the exact same want as you and i went back twice more and put in different answers and still got the same wand .. weird eh

That happened to me too. I had to change the answers completely to get a different wand type.

i took that quiz and i got 12.5" yew and dragon heartstring
but i like my old one better(which i took last time in the great hall) which is 9'3/4" oak and phoenix feather...

I got a 9" Willow, Phoenix Feather -
It says : Your wand is shorter than average, with a light and surprisingly tough wood. Phoenix Feather is rare and powerful; it is also an Ollivander favorite. Your wand is ideal for Charms.
Hmm... time to find out more about Charms spell... heh heh....

8.5" Mahogany, Dragon Heartstring
Your wand is surprisingly short, with a sturdy, but not inflexible wood. Dragon Heartstring is a common Ollivander core. Your wand is ideal for Transfiguration.

12.5" Yew, Dragon Heartstring for me.
My next wand on that list would have been 9" Willow, Pheonix Feather. I would rather have that one.

I took that quiz, and i got yew, 11.5 inches, unicorn hair core. Good for charms.
