ok, so weve had this huge rebellion thing here. im not gonna bother you with the details of the political turmoil over here. but its such a shame that one of the nicest hotels here is now ruined, thanks to the military, thanks to our very considerate president who ordered them to arrest the rebels (and the media - gasp!) by hook or by crook.
- teargas filled the lobby.
- The hotel corridors were a mess, with lamps and tables overturned during the commotion.
- i love this hotel. im in love with the pretty facade. no its all shattered.
and we might be changing, from a liberal government to a dictatorship. she's starting it. she's implementing curfews. no more night life.
this president has got to go. weve been trying to oust her but she uses the military to attack rallyists. she even ordered them to attack the media. _________________

I have to admit, I know virtually nothing about politics in your country, HBP. I would love it if you bothered me with the details, haha. Since I know next to nothing on this.
weve hated our president. she was at the forefront of the battle of ousting our former president due to corruption (as if she isnt corrupt). she was vice president at that time. when he finally resigned, she grabbed the position of president. she completed his term, and she sucked.
then she ran again for presidency. she cheated on the elections, and won. and now she's doing everything to stay up in power. this senator, one of the opposition, said something about her in public that she didnt like. well lets face it, she has more corruption cases against her than our former president did. so she called on the military to arrest the senator. people started defending him. the troops of a particular general supported him. and likewise, he called on people to come and support him oust the president. so she ordered the military to attack people, both military and civilians alike. civilians, including the media. _________________
