I am a huge fan of the tell-tale heart. It is incredible. I also love a lot of his other work, too. My two favorites are definatelt tell-tale heart and Anabell Lee. _________________

I did a huge term-paper on him last year. Some of his stuff was completely amazing. The Masque of the Red Death was probably my favorite. The Raven and Anabelle Lee were really good too. He was a genius - a madman, but a genius. _________________

ooo I love Poe...but I don't think Anabelle Lee is as great as everyone says it is...the first time I read it I was disappointed...its grown on me but...I don't see the big deal. I love...Ullalume, The Raven, Tell-Tale Heart, Pit and the Pendulum and the Oval Portrait. I had to read that last one twice to get it (well the last part of it) but omg...its sooooo creepy. it was worth it. _________________

There is a play? I once came across a movie on TV that was like a modern rendition of Tell-Tale Heart. I can't remember what it was called, but it was really good. _________________

| I have the complete works of E.A. Poe. Love that man's writing. If you're ever in the Richmond, VA area, be sure to check out the Poe Museum. It's nothing spectacular, but it's one of the houses he lived in, with a guided tour and a huge garden to tour. |

It wasn't the most interesting thing I've ever done, but it provided for a nice couple of hours out. The tour guides are extremely boring, so I had to tune them out. The best part is touring the garden WITHOUT the guides. |

I did enjoy that one. It definately intrigued me. I also loved the fact that my classmates were disturbed by it. We read it in the eighth grade. _________________

It's one of the best poems ever, the entire class sat listening to it enraptured for 15 minutes, you could have heard a pin drop........It's THAT good.
Not sure about his other work though. _________________ 'Brightness was drenching through the branches

We watched the Biography movie about him and it was really good and creepy. I really like masque of the red death. We got to make a fake CD about it. It was cool because i got to make up lyrics to one of the songs. _________________

I've always liked The Black Cat and Metzengerstein - as for the poems, it's hard to pick. I know the Raven (and a couple others) by memory. It's my stupid human trick - inadvertently memorizing things. _________________ I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once. I think The Black Cat was the first Edgar Allan Poe story I ever read. I still love it!
Oh, and I forgot to mention, I'm quite fond of the poem "Dream Within a Dream" as well. _________________
