How do you feel? I personally know being born in russia i shouldn't be talking because i am considered an Immigrant but oh well i am an american citizen and i have a say.....
I personally believe that if you want to come to america you should do it fairly, the U.S. job market is very fragile, with unemployments rates going up and more illegal aliens coming in it's hard to imagine what will happen..
Another thing, most aliens say that they work jobs no one else wants right? but if we give them citizenship then they'll be able to take more jobs away......
My point is that becoming an american citizen the legal way took me 10 years, 6 for my green card, because of so many people wanting to come to america. If you want to become an american citizen do it the legal way. I am not a racists i just don't like free loaders and people who think they are above the law.... I think we should deport all illegal aliens, and do something that will keep them from coming here illegally and keeping them out, like door to door Greencard/Visa checks. Building a Frickin 10 foot fence and waisting millions of dollars on it won't stop a thing.......

yeah thats the problem with migration. job opportunities are wrenched out from the other citizens. i think that immigration should be a little tight if there are employment problems. but if unemployment is kept to a minimum, i think it should be ok.

My sncestors came over here as immigrants, so I feel it would be hypocritical of me to say that we shouldn't allow anyone else to come here. I wish that our friends to the south would come over the legal way... but for some that is not an option. We're supposed to be the country everyone can come to for freedom, but why then are we so picky about who we let in?

i agree.
and i feel the illegals we have need to be shipped back but... i understand the situations they come from so instead of rebuilding a country that hates us and bombs us we should help our southern amigoes with their country.

I know, but my ancestors were able to do it the legal way. The Mexcians and others from the south are unable to for their own reasons. I find that to be a shame. Like ravvy said, we should help them because obvously they want our help more than other ingrates I can think of. We're wasting our country's energies and resources on the wrong people, in my opinion.

| we need to come up with protecting the borders both of them.....especially the southern border...whatever happend to them building 800 miles of fencing...nothing... i sure wish they could build my plan me and friends came up with....but if u immigrate the legal way, i do not mind as long as u attempt to learn english....i know thats probably ignorant but if we allow u to better your life, u should learn it so you can allow us to understand and shitt....and screw the illegals...i wish i could live in the southwest and be part of the minutemen...itd be ballin.... |

I work with Mexican immigrants (both legal and illegal, I'm sure), and it's a real pain in the ass that they don't even attempt to learn English, but get pissy if we can't understand them in Spanish. |

So, your saying if more and more illegal immigrants come, or if we legalize the ones that are already here we won't have a bigger problem with unemployment?
I understand the fact that they're having trouble and all. They're taking money away from the economy of the U.S. Most of the money they make they send back home. If your going to come here try to at least fit in and learn english. Maybe take a shower or two once in a while. Then theres the drug problem, drug trafficing across the border is also a problem and with watching the border we could stop crime in the U.S
DEPORT ALL ILLEGALS, BEFORE THEY RUIN THIS COUNTRY, I MEAN LOOK WHAT THEY DID TO MEXICO
