If a Wizard can dodge a spell than obviously a Vampire can. A vampire is 100x stronger and faster than a Wizard so I would have to go with the obvious choice of Edward Cullen. Easy answer.

He can put a protection charm around him, which a vampire can't. Therefore giving him the upper hand.

Edward, for the obvious reasons, he's fast and that, and prehaps he could see into his mind and find out what spells he would use.

| Cedric because he just puts a protective charm around him. Cedric was also of age, so he may have known how to use disillusionment charms. |
