Ryan had moved to the side so the chandelier innocently shattered on the floor
"Protego!" the stupefy spell bounced off his shield
"Serpensortia!" a large red black and yellow snake exploded from his wand and slithered across the ground ready to lunge at the Vincent.
"That was a nice chandelier! Respect the malfoy household." he snickered watching the snake

Vincent smiled, "Sairashtasht!" He said hissing, the snake turned and lunged at his caster

"Hissssss" ryan mimicked Vincent seconds before it stuck
"Relashio!" the snake burned to crisps before it could lunge.
"So we've got a parsle tounge on our hands do we." ryan waited, ready.

Vincent sighed, "Diffindo!" He said pointing at ryans legs, "You..will faill!"

Ryan dove to the side it barely grazed his leg giving him a small cut
"Impedimentum!"
"Incarcerous!"
he hoped the first spell would hit and slow him down enough to be bound by the ropes

Vincent dodged the first spell but the second smell managed to tangle his legs and he tripped, "DAM" He said and aimed a few spells at Ryan the aimed at his legs and closed his eyes, "DIFFINDO!" he said, he used the table for support, his leg now bleeding a bit.

"Wigardium Levioso!" the table next to ryan lifted into the air and was shattered by the force of the spells coming at him, but was able to stop them
"Petrificus Totalus" he tried to take advantage of his limited mobility
then...
"Crucio!" he spoke with immense passion, he had not meant to cast such a dark spell it just slipped he watched it sail across the room

Vincents eyes opened as he shieled the first one, but the crucio hit him, and he gritted his teeth trying to stop the pain, "you need to mean them!" He said saying, "Crucio!"

the spell struck ryan in the stomache and he keeled over cluthing his stomache for several seconds.
"I've had craps that hurt worse than that!" Ryan sputtered through the pain he didnt have enough time to fire back and attack, so he waited for vincent's next move. he appeared less prepared than he actually was

Vincent smiled, "No.." He put my anger into it, and the spell crew stronger as he cast another one, and fired a stupefy at him

Ryan dropped to the ground from the pain of the crucio, which in turn enabled him to dodge the spell cast where he body once was.
"Aparecium!" he screemed pain echoed in his voice, he turned invisible still fighting the crucio curse, his screams could be heard in different parts of the room as he ran around trying to confuse vincent. he could feel his many wounds still bleeding and his silver robe was slowly turning red

Vincents eyes flashed wolfish, and he sniffed, "Where are you..." He pointed his wand in the air, and muttered something, he also vanished.

Ryan waited until he could smell vincent's horrible half werewolf oder,
"expulso!" he shouted at the room causing it to cave in, he jumped backwards to avoid the debris hoping some of it would hit vince.
"Avis!" he sent more birds into the sky to mix in more smells and throw vincent off his hunt.

When both of them had re appeared ryan found himself inches from vincents face, he looked at his sharp fanged teeth, and bopped him on the nose with the blunt end of his wand, "Nice wolfy!" ryan laughed
vincents face looked shock giving him enough time to turn and run towards the other side of the room shooting over his shoulder,
"Locomotor Mortis"

Ryan felt the same way then he looked back into his evil eyes,
"How about you add a draw to your resume!" ryan grabbed the item he had come for this whole time, he had cared little about the battle as long as he didnt die. It was a small flask which he had noticed several moments before on a nearby shelf
"Take it easy vincent." he laughed

"Portus!" ryan shouted at the cabinet and ran diving through it...he dissapeared

(good duel good duel, you sir vincent are cruel and vicious in your ways, well have to do this again sometime Wink

...ryan laughed ahppy with his knew dueling record. 0 wins 0 losses 1 tie...and alot of dead death eaters along the way.)
