I really dislike the agresive Dumbledore. It was so cringy 
''DIDYA PUT YOU NAAME IN THE GOBLET OF FIYAAAAA??''
No..haa. I didn't like it one bit  Quite out of character. As Dumbledore says in OOTP to Umbridge about not handling her students, he himself here (i know it is a year before) does that...

omg! i agree!
dumbledore was very agressive in the fourth movie...
i think the man who played dumbledore (apoligies 4 not knowing the name) suited dumbledore alot better.

totally man.... Dumbledore is like the most powerful wizard... he shouldn't be all panicky and stuff, the dumbldore on the first movie was better.... so calm....

Hey, this is my first post, and, what do you know, it'll be a criticism:
Hell yeah, was he too violent! That guy played him totally and over-the-top hardcore! And guess why, he was miscast. I don't know if it was Quaron's idea to get Michael Gambon, but it was a serious piece of wrong casting. Dumbledore is supposed to be this gentle, together kind of guy, but I dont know if it's Gambon's idea to play so effing angsty. It's maddening is something JK's Dumbledore would never ever say.

It's way different than the book. In the book, he was cool about it. Didn't raise his voice at all. Asked Harry if he did it..Harry said no & Dumbledore was like ''ok''. The original Dumbledore played the part perfectly. The new one messed up big time at that part, but he's got a little better in pt 5.

I hate Dumbledore in this movie. And the other films that guy has portrayed Dumbledore in. He just ISN'T Dumbledore.
Richard Harris portrayed Dumbledore perfectly in the first two films. He was a brilliant, loveable character and exactly as you'd imagine him from reading the books.
I think they chose the wrong replacement actor in Michael Gambon. Dumbledore used to be so loveable but now in the films he is just so aggressive and evil. Just not Dumbledore. |

I like the movie Dumbledore better then the book...
he seemed more realistic in the movie...since DD knew something was up......and if Harry hadn't put his name in the goblet, they had big problems...

he was all shouting and shaking Harry

Yeah, he was really angry in the movie. I think he even jerked Harry around by Harry's arm. Dumbledore has always been understanding of Harry... but not in the movie.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I was angry at Dumbledore because he was looking at Harry very angry. Poor Harry. When everyone was watching him pass through the tables, I felt so bad for him. I can imagine how embarassed he felt! Poor Harry! I felt like saving him from everyone watching him.  I love Harry so much! ♥
