Sirius; the Weasleys are some sort of family to Harry but I think he saw Sirius as his father (and friend); and Sirius saw Harry like his lost friend...
Anyway, he'd probably chose Sirius for the simple reason that Sirius would be all alone if he didn't... _________________ Nederlands!!
i think he would choose sirius if he could. it'd be nice for him to have a family of his own. we know the weasley's consider him family, but it's not really the same thing.

Isn't it funny, you hear a phone ring, and it could be anybody, but a ringing phone has to be answered, doesn't it.
Now it depends on how one would look at this. If Sirius wasn't dead, Harry would pick Sirius, no question. Harry might want to live with the Weasleys', but there are so many of them, he might think he would be in the way. Dumbledore has been like his father, anyway and their relationship isn't that of a student/headmaster normalty, but I would have never seen Harry ever asking that of Dumbledore. Knowing what he does about the prophecy, Harry should does stay with the Dursleys', until he is 17.
I think he's still alive and will somehow come back in the 7th Book; thus Harry, wanting to live with him, or at least in Grimmauld Place, with the Order or something. _________________ Domo-kun.
At first I was thinking Sirius, because I thought back to when he proposed the idea to Harry in PoA and he was so eager and excited to do so... but he didn't know Sirius untill his third year. And the question says throughout the whole series, so that brings me to my second choice: The Weasleys _________________
I would say the Wealsey's because he's always saying in the earlier books how much he loved it there and how it was always the best time in his life. But, i wouldn't be surprised by Sirius either, because he really loved him. So, either of those 2. _________________

Up until the end of the third book he wanted to live with them, he liked it there so much. When Sirius offered to have him move in, Harry jumped at the chance.
