I've read through "PS" again, and here's a chapter by chapter evaluation of the book:

The Boy Who Lived
This occures on either October 31st or November 1st of 1981. This depends on when Voldemort killed the Potters. Did he kill them late at night or early in the morning, while it was still dark? I think he attacked early (it's what I'd do). This would place it on Halloween. Wiether it's on Halloween or All Saint's Day, there is an error. J.K. says that it was a Tuesday, but both days occured on the weekend that year. Placing this on either Saturday or Sunday.

The Vanishing Glass
This occured on Dudley's birthday (June 22nd). J.K. says that it was on a Saturday, and that's right on the money. The 22nd of June was on a Saturday on 1991.

The Letters From No One
A possible error is at the begining of the chapter. It says that the incedent at the zoo earned him his longest punishment, 'til the end of his term. But, the term would have ended only a week after Dudley's birthday.
The rest of the chapter is quite acurate. Apparently, the Hogwarts letters were sent on June 23rd and kept coming until Harry's birthday. However, in the middle of the chapter, when Dudley says that it's Monday Harry recalls that tomorrow is his birthday. In 1991, Harry's birthday was on a Wednesday.

The Keeper of the Keys and Diagon Alley
Both occure on Harry's birthday.

The Journey From Platform Nine and Three-Quarters, The Sorting Hat, and The Potions Master.
All three occure on Harry's first week at Hogwarts. September 1st fell on a Sunday in 1991, so Harry's schooling started right on a Monday. An error says that Harry has only Potions on Friday, when he is recorded later as being in Defense Against the Dark Arts on a Friday. Hagrid says Harry is free Friday afternoons, but this might not mean all afternoon.

The Midnight Duel
This occured on Harry's second week at Hogwarts (September 12th-13th). His flying leasons are at 3:30 on Thursdays. I'd assume that the leasons lasted for up to five weeks. Harry may have finished early because he was a natural.

Halloween
Part of this occured on the 13th of September. The second part (when Wood is explaining Quidditch to Harry) probably occured on the Monday or Wednesday fallowing (the 16th or 18th). Obviously, it ends on October 31st.

Quidditch
This occures about a week after Halloween (November 8th-9th). The second Quidditch match (Hufflepuff vs. Ravenclaw) probably occures three to four weeks later.

The Mirror of Erised
There is an error in this chapter. After a Potions leason, Hermione says that they have one more day of leasons before Christmas break; but Potions is on a Friday and would be taught on their last day (this is on December 20th). The rest of the chapter occures on December 24th-27th, without error.

Nicolas Flamel
The third Quidditch match occures in early March (5th-7th).

Norbert the Norwegian Ridgeback
April 6th, May 14th, May 21st, May 27th-28th, and May 30th. No errors.

The Forbidden Forest
The first part occures on May 31st. The rest occures about a week later (June 8th-9th).

Through the Trap Door and The Man With Two Faces
Starts at the day of the last test (June 19th). Odly, this year, the Quidditch finnal occured right after exams (it doesn't in later books). Harry comes back to conciousness on his cousin's 12th birthday. But the end of term feast is in the middle of the week, not at the end, as you might expect (this covers June 22nd to about June 25th).

you have to remember, of course, is that Jo isn't excactly the best at doing maths. plus, of course, she isn't trying to keep the day's consistant.

Su 1 sep '91, 11.00 - The Hogwarts express to Hogwarts, Harry meets Ron
Fr 6 sep '91 - Harry and Ron make ik to the Big Hall without gettin lost
Fr 6 sep '91, 15.00 - Tea with Hagrid
Th 12 sep '91, 15.30 - Quidditch lessons
Th 12 sep '91, 24.00 - Duel with Malfoy (instead of Malfoy there's Filch)
Fr 13 sep '91, breakfast - Nimbus 2000
Fr 13 sep '91, 19.00 - First practice with the team
Halloween, Th 31 okt '91 - Trol, Harry and Ron become friends with Hermione
(First week of) Nov '91 - The weather is cold, start of the quidditch season
Fr 15 nov '91 - Harry discovers that Snape has been bitten
