I think every moment they spend with each other is sweet and special. The options you've provided is great but so hard to choose. But the first time when I read the part about their hands inches away from each other, my stomach ached because it was sooooooooooo cute and soooooo sweet.

I loved every moment in fact, especially the kiss, Hermione asking Ron out to Slughorn party, Ron muttering her name his sleep (AWWWWWWW) and when Ron hugs Hermione (one arms squeezes and hand squeezes). *sniffs* So cute.

the kissin sence and the part in the book were they fell asleep with there hands almost inches apart from each other. awww how cutee

Difficult choice!
I loved Hermione's jealousy in HBP. I think that's when they realized for real they both had true feelings for each other. I think the kiss was great too, but not as great as I'd hoped for Razz

But great! Harry's reaction was hilarious. The holding hands part was also cute.
I also loved the whole Ron leaving in DH. When Hermione cried and called him, and when he came back: "You - complete - arse - Ronald - Weasley!"

Many good H/R moments!

I voted for inviting Ron to Slughorn's party but for me it would be when Ron asking Hermione to the Yule Ball and also at the Yule Ball when they were arguing and she told him that he should have asked her to go and not as a last resort, to me it seemed that if he actually did ask her then she would have chosen him over Krum IMO

I have to admit, my favorite Ron/Hermione moment was when Ron sees Harry and Hermione "kissing" in the locket. You can check just how much Ron loves Hermione by his reaction to that - all trembling and stuff, and in the end, his eyes flashing red.

I think the fact that he broke the Locket was symbolic - it was symbolising Ron who finally got over his fears of Harry and Hermione ever being together. It may initially seem as a Harry/Hermione moment, but all it ever was illusions, which depict Ron's greatest fear - and that just shows how much the boy loves Hermione.
