There are dueling rules on an announcement thread in this section. Something like "New RP Rules," and you can find a list of spells here:

k ya i just read the rp rules they make sense but cant people be virtually invincible? i mean i dont see a way of losing really...cuz people will just be like no u missd or no i cast protego twice or i dodged it or something.

Read the rules again. You can't dodge so many times it's ridiculous, and you can't cast protego twice in 2 seconds. And people don't 'miss' unless the other player dodges
