Raises eye brows, "Protego!" Blocks the Langlock then dodges the Expluso, but is hit by some debris, "Hm...." Slashing the air 4 times he uses a certain non verbal spell followed by, "Stupefy!"

Victor uses erects a Protego barrier to repel the the first hit and shouts, "Finite," sending a spell to negate the next incoming threat.
Vict then aims his wand at Vincent and shouts, "Petrificus Totalus!"

Finite (Incantatem) (Counter-Spell)

Pronunciation: fi-NEE-tay (in-can-TAH-tem) (IPA: /fɪ.'ni.teɪ (ɪn.kn̩.'tæ.dm)̩/)
Description: Negates spells or the effects of spells.

God mode isn't going on, I am allowed to erect a protego in addition to my two other spells.

As for being slashed 3 times, I'm not necessarily dead, so what are you griping about? I could heal those in a heart beat in my next turn...

You "claim" to have won. Did you even READ the description of a Finite? I haven't seen them counter a stupify with it because I haven't seen them think of it. Now, if you would like to finish this, I'd be happy to oblige, if not, go gripe to someone else about your "dueling prowess."

I laugh when a noob person to this forum, comes and thinks he can defeat the top duelest, so far only FM has proved to be able to HURT ME and duel right, thank you, leave the rp section.
