Well, this certainly isn't me. It's one of my characters. The little girl in my current signature was purposely chosen because she resembles her, though the signature's text is in reference to myself.

History:
Both his parents were murdered by supposed Death Eaters at the time that Joe was only a year old. His older brother Patrick, a former member of the England national Quidditch team now an Auror, looked after him until he had been old enough to attend Hogwarts. He entered Hogwarts during his 5th year because his brother was afraid of what was to happen. Another fact would be that he is a Dragon Samurai, controlling over the Fire Dragon that lives inside of him. A secret he best keeps to himself, the Fire Dragon allows Joe to sense other people's thoughts and whereabouts.
