Ouch harsh Ryan thought, he had never been to fond of people who judged others by their blood line. He knew he was a full pure blood but responded,
"Yes in fact i am, my father was a muggle. Can you not shake the hand of someone who isnt a pure blood?" ryan stared at the new girl waiting for a response, he still held out his hand.

I only mingle with my own kind" she sneered. Even though she was being mean, she thought that Ryan still couldn't resist her. She bent over onto his desk and said "If this is one of you lame ways of asking me to the dance in 5 days then forget it. If you wanna get through to me then you gotta do it the Slytherin way"

Carrie looked at Kevin and sneered "I'm not a veela, you butt! You can stop staring at my 'ahems', okay, loser!? I don't care how hard you try, I'm not going out with you!!!" she turned to Ryan and said "and you, what you need to do is use the Slytherin charm, follow Draco. If you don't watch it, he'll be asking me out before long!!!" she said, walking out of the classroom when she heard the bell. She heard every one pouring out of the class room and walked down the empty corridor, hoping that Kev and Ryan hadn't followed her.
