lol in the first three books I was determined that it was him every time. but for some reason in book 4 I decided to trust him...since nothing had happened yet I guess. and by book 6 the trust had grown to the point it was barely shaken, for a few minutes perhaps until he had fully fled Hogwarts grounds. My sister thought I was crazy lol.

I trusted him from the beginning, because I trusted Dumbledore. I'm just a trusting person I suppose. I always wondered why he was mean to Harry at first, but that situation slowly revealed itself. Even if everything else hadn't happened, I can't see Harry and Snape ever getting along. They just don't click.

It took a while for him to gain my trust but in the end he finally did but, he looks like Michael Jackson in the movies at some angles. How can you trust that!?!

I always trusted Snape ever since book 1 because he saved Harry's life and defended him from Quirell sometimes. In book 6, I started to get a bit suspicious but I still trusted him because Dumbledore trusted him and also, Dumbledore had made him swear and make an Unbreakable Vow, saying that he must Dumbledore protect Harry. So I thought if Snape killed Dumbeldore on Voldemort's orders then he would die himself, wouldn't he?

I honestly trusted Snape since the first book. I always thought that he could kill Harry any time that he wanted to. Since he didn't, I always thought he was good.

Spoiler:

I even thought he was good in the 6th book. I always just thought he was a double agent. And I was right. Ha to all my friends that thought he was bad.

I trusted him from the first book by I was convinced he was good by the 5th book and that's when I know that he was in love with lily evans and that's why voldemort spared her. so the chapter prince's tale in DH wasn't that much of a shock to me, I was prepared for that

I wasnt too sure about snape for most of the series. but by the end of book 6 I trusted him completley. maybe just because of how much it was said that dumbledore trusted him.

i have a hard time trusting him.

Spoiler:

even when he was going back through the memories in DH, i still found it hard and i know he was in love with lily, i know, but still, i don't know...harry just hated him so much until DH, i find it hard to get out of the habit.

i thought he was good from book 5 because DD thought he was good too.

once i was convinced that he was good i laughed at how mean he was to harry in the movies. his sarcasm is so funny now that i can forgive him for saying it.

He was this whole evil and sad sad character with oily hair to me since the beginning. Until the end,

Spoiler:

when the truth was finally revealed. And yes. He's one darned good guy. Die, Voldy. Sad snape should have the elder wand!

I trusted him from the beginning of the books until I hit book 5. He was always weird, but there was always some reason to keep trusting him (since Dumbledore did) until you started speculating things about him in the fifth book.

I was on and off... I kinda knew I had to trust him, but part of me wanted to hate him for killing Dumbledore... I guess I didn't fully trust him until the very end.

One minute I loved him and the next I hated him. I gave up on attempting to understand his true intentions. It wasn't until book seven that I finally came to terms with my debate.

The poll does not include the most important option: Never trusted Snape all the way up to and including the Final Page.

Oh, I figured that there would be a constant tease between where his ultimate allegiance lay, but I never, ever trusted him. How does one trust an unfair, bigoted, mean-spirited, vain, arrogant, bully?

It should be noted that I don't define trust simply on his final allegiance (which is hardly for any admirable reasons beyond a rather creepy, stalker-like affinity for Lily Evans/Potter), but rather his ra
