I liked her crazy laugh, made me think of someone who had just escaped an insaine asylum, it was fitting of her character.

Well she kinda did, if you call Azkaban that.
She took me as the girl who lost sometihng important and freaked out with insanity. She wasn't very hot either, I mean she looked like she was starved kinda.
Plus she killed Sirius

she acted the part well...down to the evil laugh and giggling about killing sirius...but in the book harry's cruciatus curse only stunned her a little, remember she said 'you have to mean it'...but in the movie it was like he knocked the breath out of her pretty good...
and yeah, the scene where she kills sirius is just ... poor sirius...

Well Helena Bonham Carter said she had done the hag look before and they needed to make Bellatrix more sexy
Thats what they tried to i suppose
I agree though shes not what i imagined when i read the book

and i love her cackle... you know during the fight scene, you could hear her evil cackle? hahaha i love it.

hehe she was charlie bucket's mother in charlie and the chocolate factory. lololol. i just found that extremely funny. first; shes a poor but kind woman than all of a sudden shes a cruel, murdering evil death eater. ahahahhah but anyways, yeah she did fit the role of bellatrix lestrange to me

I'll admit I had my reservations about the film's interpretation when they announced who would be portraying her.
Luckily for us, there's nothing to complain about. Bellatrix turned out just as intriguing as in the books. She was arguably underused, but at least she wasn't overused... which could've been a mistake easy made.
She was attractive in a different way from usual... she's definitely not your playmate of the year... but Bellatrix had that sexy roughness to her, only amplified by the "bad girl" persona itself. |

I loved Bellatrix... she was exactly how i pictured her as i read the book and i love Helena Bonham Carter. I thought she did a wonderful job. I loved the laugh she did whenever she was flying around the room right before she killed sirius.
