I think so. He throws out insults, challenges and fights absolutely everyone without even setting up a battle properly. He's all over the place.
Honestly, I'm not voting this way because I'm a Slytherin. I am voting this way because I've taken a look at the situation and come to a conclusion on my own.

You guys just freak out and accuse him of such, because you're angry that he doesn't want to deal with your Unforgivable curses. Stop flaming, and either come to a reasonable compromise, or just stop dueling eachtoher.
