(Like that. You've dodged like... 10 curses by now... and you accuse Vincent of the same ridiculousness. Why can't you just duel normally?)
FM pointed his wand at the shards of rock still frozen in mid-air, and they resealed themselves into the gargoyle, which now blocking the path between Ethan and FM, took the full force of the sectumsempra curse.
(at least I find some interesting way to counter curses... not just 'FM dodged').
FM waved his wand at Ethan thinking Impedimenta

it hits and ethan gos in slow motion. he then points his wand at himshelf and says finite and sends a nice little powerful stupily at vincent.

FM produces a shield charm, but the blunt of the spell still knocks him off his feet. Getting up slowly, he thinks levicorpus, while slashing his wand at Ethan.

ethan floats in the air but while he floats he yells out CRUCIO with all the power he could at FM
(i meant u sry i admit that was my fault and u never sayed that we couldnt use dark curses so im doing what is fair.

Imperio, FM pointed his wand at a nearby bird, which flew into the red beam of light Ethan had sent, and dropped to the ground writhing in pain.
"Sorry birdie" FM said, as he continued his attack on Ethan. Sectumsempra, he thought, aiming the curse at Ethan.

ethan suddenly wake up out of the curse he had the strength to fight it (like harry in the fourth book) and pointed his wand at FM. ur right two can play that game AVADA KENDRAVA

(You said you had strength to fight it like harry in b4, and I assumed that meant you thought I was imperio-ing you or something. Whatever... I'll continue)
FM pointed his wand at the, crumpled bird at the floor, and thought engorgio. The bird grew to the size of a boulder, and blocked the incoming killing curse, completely wiping the life out of it.
"I'm surprised you could pull that one off" FM stated. "But I'll give you a chance to surrender. Give up now, and I won't curse your face so badly it's unrecognizable" FM offered.

(Considering that I always thought up complicated ways of not getting hit... I never just said 'FM dodged', and that you're in the air, bleeding profusely, I would say the victory is mine... you do have to surrender for it to be official though)

Keep in mind, I blocked the AK by putting a bird in it's path, so it didn't hit me...

FM pointed his wand at the slashed up gargoyle, which jumped in front of him, blocking the curse, but exploding, sending shards of rock into him, and knocking him down.
FM used Sectumsempra again, with each slash, he screamed:
"STOP" slash "USING" slash "THAT" slash "CURSE!" slash

ethan screamed in pain and sayed dont u have the guts to kill me. he saw a little picece of that gargoe that was still long and sharp he shouted wingaruim levosa and he moved the peice to stab FM in the hand he drops his wand then yells expilarrmis grabs FM wand. then points his own wand at FM. dont make me kill you. surender now and u will walk away a free men with a wand. if u dont surrender u nkow what will happen.
