The only spell that I know that destroy a Horcrux is the FiendFyre one, which I doubt many wizards know.

But spells can be learned at any time and plus someone you dont know could know it and be out to kill you

Well, if you think about it, it is actually a rather good place to put your Horcrux in because even if it knocked down, it will still survive.
