I voted no, simply because I think it may create boundaries that weren't there before. I kind of enjoy the androgynous ambiguity of it all. If implemented, I think it would be better if this was an optional display, because there may be those who don't particularly care for others to know their gender.

I've been watching this topic since the beginning to see how high demand would be for this addition. I had considered it in the past as a potential feature to add, but I gave other items higher priority. We will add this feature. Please give me at least a few days to implement the change. And just to ease the concerns posted: This will be optional. If you don't choose an option, nothing will be displayed.

Well, I think i'm obviouslly a girl...well, or a gay guy, but it's obvious i'm not in the Leaky Cauldron...a gender indicators not a bad idea, but an age one is...that's just getting overly personal on the web.

I'll give you time and so will all of us usual members just do this because people are a little confused sometimes you know. I for one thought Shadow,Of The Lore are boys 'til they told me they are girls. Some members have such nicknames that you don't know what they are. Maybe Shadow is more girly nickname but a boy can also use it soo please fix these.

When and where is this going to be implemented? In the profile tab I guess?
