Luna thought of the strange half breed species that she was. Luna was a half human half leopard, you see. She looked around the midnight Hogwarts grounds quietly, the teachers always let her outside at midnight so that she could transform in safety. She glared at all the trees in the woods, looking at all the other children who had half breed problems, transforming into their creatures.

Scorpius was outside, performing the ordeal that would transform him into a werewolf. Despite Draco's best efforts, Fenrir had bitten his son.
Once a thin, black werewolf, Darkmist, he approached the leopard that was Luna.
"Would you like to go hunting? I smell fresh unicorn and elk in the forest."

Luna greeted the were wolf the natural way, bowing your head slightly, if they are a friend of yours or sneering if an enemy. She bowed and looked him in the eye. 'Unicorns, eh? I must say that deer catch my fancy a bit more plus I'm on a diet but I guess one unicorn wouldn't hurt' she growled. Together they darted east, their senses leading to the poor, helpless unicorn.

The unicorn had no chance. She didn't see the two blurs coming toward her.

Scorpius lunged high and bite her neck. She would be dead within twenty seconds. The fresh, delicous flavour of unicorn blood aroused his senses, and he took and great bite of her flank, ripping it out with sharp canines and allowed Luna to take her pick.

Once she had attacked the leg, her favorite part of a unicorn, she ripped off the flesh wildly, making a mess. After about half an hour she had finished the top half of the unicorn. "Scorpius, back there was a black dragon, who is he really?" she murmured.

I swallowed and strode over to the three dead unicorn and pulled out the tails.

"Luna, are the horns worth anything?"

Luna pounced onto the horns and protected them childishly. "These things are worth everything, everything I tell you!! I don't know why, they have some cool powers, that's all I know. And I also know for one thing that they are absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!"
