Favorite Part of the Book?: Mine were all the little parts. Like obviously, when Oliver Wood had that one line at the very end. And knowing me, I started to freak out when he had a line. And I also thought it was hilarious when Professor Trelawney dropped her crystal balls on the Death Eaters and she was like "I HAVE MORE!" ahaha
Saddest Part of the Book?: Had to have been when Snape died...
Funniest Part: Again, when Professor Trelawney was dropping the crystal balls on the Death Eaters
Most Confusing Part: How Harry just came back to life...it was kinda confusing. And when Ron was destroying the Horcrux locket, that part was hard to visualize.
Favorite New Character: Aberforth Dumbledore of course!
New Favorite Character: Neville and Snape really came through in the end. =]
Most Intense Part: The Hogwarts Battle and the breaking into Gringotts. And Malfoy Manor. Man, the whole book was intense!
Overall, what was your reaction?: I loved, loved, loved, loooved it! JKR did great answering all of our questions. I might just read the whole thing again soon!

Favorite Part of the Book?: I would say when Ron came back and saved Harry's life. I thought JK would kill off one of the three main characters, if not Harry then probaly Ron, and after he stormed off I thought Voldermort would catch him. I was very happy when he not only came back, but saved Harry's life and perhaps had his biggest moment in the book destroying the Horcrux.
Saddest Part of the Book?: Im not entirely sure, all of the deaths were pretty much equally sad for me. If I had to pick one I would say Snape, because we find out he was really good.
Funniest Part: The whole Ministry scenes, I found various parts funny, for example Ron having to rush everywhere, reactions to H/H/R in their disguises, Umbridge reactions etc...
Most Confusing Part: Likewise when Harry died, I wasnt sure if he was dead or alive, or if when he came back he would only live until he killed Voldermort.
Favorite New Character: I would have to say Aberforth Dumbledore too, there werent many other good new characters.
New Favorite Character: It was nice to see Luna show that she considered Ron/Harry/Herminoie/Neville her real friends at her house. Also, Neville really turned into a hero from the unsure clumsy kid we knew in the first books.
Most Intense Part: When Harry was going to Voldermort in the forest to die, I really thought Harry would die and it was pretty intense for me, and I was super happy when I found out he didnt really die.
Overall, what was your reaction?: I loved it. I like all the books so I wont call it my favorite, but I thought all the twists and turns were amazing, and the book was definatly perhaps the best book I've ever read. I found very little of it predictable, although others had better guesses then me. A++++++ book!

Favorite Part of the Book?: I'm torn between when Ron came back and the Prince's tale.
Saddest Part of the Book?: When Dobby died. I had to put the book down and weep for 5 minutes!
Funniest Part: When Percy returns to Hogwarts and Fleur and Lupin are trying to break the tension..."'ow eez leetle Teddy?" lol!
Most Confusing Part: The whole thing with the deathly hallows. I don't understand if they had a role in Harry's surviving?
Favorite New Character: Aberforth Dumbledore was cool! I remember in the 5th book the Hog's Head barman had looked vaguely familiar to Harry! And in the 6th Dumbledore said to Tom Riddle "merely friendly with the local barmen"!!
Most Intense Part: When Dumbledore is telling Snape that Harry is the 7th horcrux, that there's a part of Voldemort's soul inside Harry and this is the connection that he has never clearly understood. Wow! I got the most chills at this part!
Overall, what was your reaction?: Absolutely loved it!! I'm planning on reading it again soon and then going backwards(i.e. 7th then 6th then 5th, etc) and then after reading the first again, forwards again:) and so on:) It'll be cool to read all the hidden hints again!

DUMBLEDORE: It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.
Favorite Part of the Book?: The Battle for Hogwarts, McGonagall was amazing and I liked it near the end when Molly killed Bella and various death eaters were taken down.
Saddest Part of the Book?: When Fred died
Funniest Part: Kreacher cracked me up; he had funny parts like when he asked if he could hit mundungus again with the pan. I also liked the parts like when Gabrielle Delacour gave Harry puppy eyes, Ginny cleared her throat loudly. When Krum asks about Ginny, Harry tells him she is seeing someone, jealous type, big bloke, wouldn't want to cross him, and when Cho Chang told Harry she would show him to the Ravenclaw room Ginny was like "Luna will take him"
Most Confusing Part: When Hermione first explained about Horcruxes at the Burrow.
Favorite New Character: Aberforth Dumbledore
New Favorite Character: Neville and Kreacher
Most Intense Part: When the mudblood Granger was tortured by Bella
Overall, what was your reaction? DH was the best book of the 7, the epilouge was great! _________________ "Greatness inspires envy, envy engenders spite, spite spawns lies"
Favorite Part of the Book?: When Snape wanted to look at Lily's eyes one last time before he died, so he asked Harry to look at him. That was so cute!!
Saddest Part of the Book?: When Snape died, when Hedwig died, when Dobby died, when Fred died, need I go any further?
Funniest Part: When Professor Trelawney was dropping the crystal balls on the Death Eaters (have to agree with the OP on that one)
Most Confusing Part: Honestly, I was confused when Harry was looking at Snape's memories, when people talked about that part I was like "Huh? I missed that..."
Favorite New Character: hard to say... I think Aberforth Dumbledore
New Favorite Character: Snape, Kreacher, and Draco
Most Intense Part: The Hogwarts Battle
Overall, what was your reaction?: I loved it but I was crying a lot.
Favorite Part of the Book?: Ron and hermione's kiss. It was sooo cute!!!
Saddest Part of the Book?: when lupin and tonks died
Funniest Part: urgh there were so many funny parts but my mind is blank right now...um....oh yeah. in the epilogue when the kids are about to board the train and one of them asks "why are they all staring?" and then ron says "its me. im extremely famous" i loved that, i was like crying and laughing at the same time. it was sooo like ron to say that
Most Confusing Part: the whole resurrection stone thing. were the dead people really there or was it just ghosts?? oh and ariana, what did the muggle boys do to her that was so horrible, i dont think it was rape???
Favorite New Character: the dustbunny guy in grimmauld place who was supposed to be a dead dumbledore trying to keep snape out
New Favorite Character: percy, that was so sweet at the end when he came to fight with them at hogwarts!!!
Most Intense Part: the hogwarts battle and when they were looking for the cup inside the vault and everybody was getting burned... and when they were captured and taken to malfoy manor
Overall, what was your reaction?: It was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Favorite New Character: umm....Luna's Dad,
New Favorite Character: Kreacher
Most Intense Part: The Hogwarts Battle
Most dissapointed with? (I added this): The epilogue.
Overall, what was your reaction?: A great ending to the series, fell in love with Harry and everyone else all over again _________________ We all have a little bit of Luna in all of us....
Favorite Part of the Book?: When Harry walks into the headmaster's office after the battle and all of the portraits applaud him.
Saddest Part of the Book?: When Harry decides to face death and Ginny walks by him while he's under the Cloak, and he sees her walk away. That part torn me, he had decided to let go of life, and the very thing he loves most walks past him without even knowing it.
Funniest Part: Luna.
Most Confusing Part: Do not know.
Favorite New Character: Xeno!
New Favorite Character: Neville and Ginny. AND KREACHER!

Favorite Part of the Book: When Harry and Hermione visited the Deathly Hallows. I've always wanted to know the whole back story on that, and that's the only part in the series where Lily and James appear as themselves (rather than as a flashback or a ghost). I would have like to see more of them.
Saddest Part of the Book: When Dobby died.
Funniest Part: "NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU BITCH!" ( That is the second time that word has been used in the series.)
Most Confusing Part: Harry destroying Voldemort. The fight itself was over in two seconds and I was basically satring at the book boing "WTF? That's IT?".
Favorite New Character:
New Favorite Character: DOBBY!
Most Intense Part: The fighing in the school, before Harry faced Voldemort. Poor Fred! Poor Tonks! Poor Lupin! Poor Colin! Goyle was a stupid git to have set that fire in the first place, so he basically killed himself. Everyone else...may they rest in peace.
Overall, what was your reaction?: I LOVED this book, but it's so sad it had to end. The epilogue was corny, though. It was also confusing, because I kept thinking that some of the dead people came back, or that he ws talking to the not-quite-ghosts again, or something. _________________

When, other than that, was the word "bitch" used in the series? _________________ "Look. . . at. . . me. . . ."
Favorite Part of the Book?: Harry willingly accepting death. And of course, when we find out Snape's love for Lily and how he didn't kill Dumbledore on purpose.
Saddest Part of the Book?: When Dobby died.
Funniest Part: Hmm... Hermione being mad at Ron when he left and Ron tyring to suck up to her when he came back. (lol). Oh and Harry being embarrased by his naked body <333
Most Confusing Part: The Kings Cross chapter was very confusing for me. I needed to reread it like twice to finally get it.
Favorite New Character: I suppose Luna's dad.
New Favorite Character: Nevile and Snape.
Most Intense Part: The Hogwarts Battle. Breaking into Gringotts was pretty intense too.
Overall, what was your reaction?: I loved it!!! Some things I might've changed but it was excellent! Wicked... bloody brilliant _________________

Favorite Part of the Book?
There are way way too many to name. The Princes' Tale chapter was a highlight, and when they were listening to Potterwatch. And when Ron came back. And when Harry's walking down to the forest to face his death, and the battle, and Ron and Hermione's kiss all spring to mind.
Saddest Part of the Book?
When Fred died and when Harry was walking down to the forest to die. And at the end when I realised I'd just finished the last Harry Potter book.
Funniest Part?
There were quite a few in this book. "But he can still move as fast as Snape when confronted with shampoo", "Are you a wizard or what?!", "That's twice we've saved your life now you two faced bastard". But the funniest funniest part was "Just one more, Master Harry, for luck?"
Most Confusing Part?
I didn't really have a most confusing part? Apart from the fact that there was no chapter between the final chapter and the epilogue. I was like, what?
Favorite New Character?
I can't really think of any new characters except Aberforth.. oh and Xeno Lovegood. I guess it must be Aberforth, even though I didn't like him all that much.
New Favorite Character?
Fred, George and Ron will always be my favourite characters but one character who I really liked in this book and have never liked before is Draco Malfoy. And Snape's character became more interesting, but I still don't really like him.
Most Intense Part?
Hermione being tortured was really intense. And the escape from Privet Drive, and waiting for the guard to return afterwards.
Overall, what was your reaction?
I have complaints about the epilogue and the lack of information after Voldemort died but apart from that the book was amazing. I'm just so sad it's over. _________________ I am not worried Harry.. I am with you.
Overall, what was your reaction?: Good, as always _________________ "You can laugh, but people used to believe there were no such things as the Blibbering Humdinger or the Crumple-Horned Snorkack!" - Luna Lovegood
Favorite Part of the Book?: Ummm, Probably where Ginny gave Harry the goodbye Kiss like thing for his birthday. I may be a guy, but hey, I have a heart too and well, we all want those two to work out.
Saddest Part of the Book?: Poor Dobby ;-;
Funniest Part: Kreacher and the Frying Pan, who would have guessed?
Most Confusing Part: Um, wasn't overly confused by this book.
Favorite New Character: Mr. Lovegood
New Favorite Character: Ginny
Most Intense Part: The Final Duel, I just wanted to know what would happen.
Overall, what was your reaction?: I loved the entire book, except the ending was a disapointment.
Favorite Part of the Book?: The carrows interrupting Harry in the Ravenclaw common room, made me go: Oh shit, this is about to be the biggest battle of the series
Saddest Part of the Book?: Dobby's death, and burial.
Funniest Part: Kreacher hitting Dung over the head with a frying pan
Most Confusing Part: Sitting there trying to figure out what "I open at the close" means (And I got it!)
Favorite New Character: Aberforth
New Favorite Character: Kreacher or Neville
Most Intense Part: See first answer
Overall, what was your reaction?: Good book, bad epilogue _________________
Favorite Part of the Book?:
I loved the introduction of the Hallows. I think that made the story ten times more interesting.
Saddest Part of the Book?:
When Hedwig died - I know, I'm nuts but I got more upset over her than anyone else lol. And also the chapter at the pensieve where we see how unloved Snape was.
Funniest Part:
Professor Trelawney throwing the crystal balls, Mrs. Weasley yelling at Bellatrix, Harry's reaction to Ron and Hermione's kiss.
Most Confusing Part:
King's Cross. The blood protection confused me for a bit.
Favorite New Character:
The goblin. I dunno, I just thought the goblin/wizard aspect of it all made it interesting.
New Favorite Character:
Snape. I always liked his character but hated him. I still don't love him but I have more respect for what he did.
Most Intense Part:
Battle at Hogwarts- no doubt about that. Gringotts and Malfoy Manor were pretty good too, as well as the capture just before they were brought to the Manor.
Overall, what was your reaction?:
It kicked butt! _________________
Favorite Part- THe main four living (Ginny included) and they ended up happy with children.
Saddest Part- When Snape died i felt really bad for him, because everyone thought he was bad. But it was sad that Lupin and tonks died when they just had a baby... and also Fred.
Funniest Part- Ginny showing jealousy with Cho and Fluers sister.
Confusing Part- Kings Cross It was cool how Harry and Dumbledore had a long talk at the end, just like the rest of the books.
Favorite New charcter- Harry's godson (lupin and tonks kid)
New Favorite Character- Ginny
Most Intense Part- When Harry found out he had to die
Favorite Part of the Book?
The battle at Hogwarts was the best to me since that is what all these books were leading up to...The good vs. Evil battle...
Saddest Part of the Book?
Definetly when Harry was going into the forest with his parents, Lupin, and Sirius..Couldn't control myself...
Funniest Part?
I liked the Holey segment and Kreacher with the frying pan
Most Confusing Part?
I wasn't really confused anywhere just had to read kings cross chapter a couple of times..
Favorite New Character?
Aberforth though i don't really like him that much
New Favorite Character?
Definetly KReacher!!1
Most Intense Part?
Malfoy manor was easily the most intense...I thought for sure Hermoine would die cause there seemed to be no escape and i was tense!...
Overall, what was your reaction?
Best book with the most twists and turns and crying/laughing and sadness that Harry Potter is over..I grew up with the books from age 8 to 16...and it ended magically..
