Sounds like a Wikipedia dedicated to Harry Potter...which is awesome. (Wikipedia is like a online encyclopedia in which people can edit/add/or dismiss information.)

I think its what JKR is thinking about writing, at least thats what we the fans are referring to.

yea, thats wut ive heard, that its gonna be an 8th book, just not really part of the series, more of character info

potterpedia is going to be the encyclopedia that JKR will write about characters and such that survive deathly hallows.
