Also, acknowledge the fact that Bellatrix taunted Mrs. Weasely, saying "What will happen to your children when I've Killed you?" "When Mummy's gone the same way as Freddie?"
That right there was enough to set off Mrs. Weasely. Thus I conclude she could have used the killing curse. but I stun "directly over her heart" would be pretty baller too. Exclamation

Molly could have used the blasting curse(confringo) or maybe Reducto.

there are other curses you can use for killing like the feindfire, or a good accio shotgun might have worked
