I dont think Stan Shunpike is a Death Eater, but let me here why you think he is, might change my mind, if i herd any eveidence that make him look guilty.

the conductor on the Knight Bus. In HBP Scrimgeour arrested him as a death eater. Harry doesn't believe it and Hermione figures they're just trying to make it look like they're accomplishing something.

He is described as having a blank look on his face and even Harry said that he only wanted to disarm him because he didn't want him to get hurt. Stan was definitely under the Imperius Curse.

I voted no. He was too nice and sweet to Harry. A true death eater for Voldemort*cringes alittle* lol jkjk....would not have been that nice. He would have been mean if not rude to Harry. I don't really know what to think. I honestly don't see it. If he is, then maybe I am blind. But I had also forgotten that Stan Shunpike was the conductor of the knight bus. But I remember now. Tell me what you people think!

I reckon he was just under the imperius curse! There was no evidence before all this that he was a death eater.
