Harry does not give the prophecy to Lucius. Neville kicks it, and that is how it smashes...and since Lucius smashed it, he would have been able to hear what it said.

Dudley didn't have his friends around when the dementors came, it was just Harry and Neville.

The DE's couldn't fly, but it was very interesting.

Dumbledore comes into the room with the veil, but they make him appear in the lobby.

The ones I could think of all involve Cho pretty much.

-No Marietta.
-Cho's mother now works in the Ministry of Magic.
-No Cho crying during the kiss.

-No Rita Skeeter.
-Cho betrays the DA, not Marietta.

And yet some more, miscellaneous ones;

-Room of Requirements broken into. (MAJOR WTF)
-More Educational Decrees than in book.
-No Prefects.
-No Quidditch. (BIG OMG)
-No Peeves.
-No OWLs Examinations (other than the interrupted one)

There was no cleaning, and Kreacher was in the book a lot more.

Uh, Harry talked to Sirius in Umbridge's room.

And wouldn't it have confused everyone who hasn't read the books if Harry just randomly used Umbridges fireplace?

another thing most people haven't even mention was the portrait of sirius mother...the shrieking portrait...in the movie it showed kreacher talking to a red curtain which probably was were the portrait was suppose to be....

-James harassing "Snivellus" was seen during the Occlumency lessons after the Protego he cast, not in the Pensieve.
-Sirius only called Snape "Snivellus" during the Extendable Ear scene in Grimmauld Place, doubt many people noticed that one.
-No Snape taunting Sirius about his restriction in his house.
-Kreacher was barely seen.
-No screaming portrait of Sirius's mother.
-Sirius didn't introduce Harry to her either.
-Regulus not seen on tree during scene, although Arcturus Black was seen momentarily.
-No mention of Regulus dying to Voldemort and being the Black Family favourite.
-Phineas Nigellus didn't do much in the movie, but we do see him.
-Harry doesn't go talk to Lupin and Sirius in the fireplace to talk about his father's sillyness.
-No Lily Evans in memories.

And I wanted to see Snape loss his trousers. They changed it around to where Harry saw it during Occulumency, not in the Pensieve.

-there wasn't any mention of the magical knife sirius gave harry or the two way mirrors...

-Department of Mysteries only consisted of the door followed by the Prophecy and Death Rooms.
-No Brain Room
-No Time Room
-Hence, No Baby Head Death-Eater
-No Dolohov hurling is Purple Flame Curse at Hermoine.
-No Ron going completely silly.
-No Neville breaking his wand.
-No Neville loosing some teeth (not literal)
-No Ginny getting injured.

Heck, none of the six get seriously hurt in the movie, just scratches.

-Dumbledore didn't give Voldemort a lecture on how Death is not the worst thing in the world.
-Dumbledore didn't appear in the Death Chamber, but straight from the Floo Network in the Atrium.
-Dumbledore didn't defend Harry with the broken gold statues.
-Fawkes didn't sacrifice himself to an Avada Kedavra
-No female voice for the telephone booth and the badges.
-Percy never mentioned by name or being called foul names by his siblings.

and there was a ton of extra education degrees

-No Dumbledore talking lengthily about the Prophecy.
-Dumbledore doesn't mention why he appointed Trelawney
-Didn't mention that Snape overheard the prophecy which resulted in Harry's parent's death.
-Harry didn't go psycho turning things over in Dumbledore's desk.

another thing, although its not really big or important was when kingsley shacklebot said to cornelius, "but you cannot deny he's got style" after dumbledore escapes from his office...which in the book it was the portrait of phineas nigellus who said it...

what was the whole thing with ginny reductoing that thing that they practiced spells on? and dobby warned them that umbridge was coming

-Dumbledore's didn't hex Umbridge/Dawlish/Fudge/Kingsley and disappear.
-Hagrid was not sacked nor attack by Umbridge and Co. at night.
-No Harry seeing this during Astronomy OWL.
-No McGonagall attacked by 4 Stupefying spells at once.

can't really remember in the book, but i don't belive grawp picked up umbridge

Harry didn't have his vision in the OWL area and there was no produce your Patronus for E.C.

there was no other wizards from the ministry present to administer the O.W.L.s
