Er I believe your post should be Dumbledore was a parselmouth. Hate to break it to ya, but he's dead lol. Who cares whether or not he was a parselmouth cuz he's dead.

It is a big deal, if he is indeed a parcelmouth, and it did say in the 2nd book there are only 2 parcelmouths in wizarding world right now, that would mean DD is LV. Or something else like that. Which wouldn't never be possible. Really good theory though, i would've never payed attention to such detail.

ummm you said it yourself. in your first post. And even if voldemort was in his hand (kind of reminds me of Mr. Bimbo on Muppet Treasure Island) the killing curse would have killed them both, not just the voldemort part. Or that fall would have done him in anyway. Or that potion he took.

well it is Avada Kedavra, it kills you in a flash of green light with no signs left behind. Not sure what you're looking for...

You already inferred that he could. We are inferring along with you and coming up with an idea to go with it that is more likely than Dumblemort. Actually I like this theory now...but just because I can use that name haha.

She begs Voldemort to kill her instead...and he does. Ancient protective magic is invoked.

what kind of ancient magic?...what does she do?...if a part of her soul comes off her or something:S...and acts as a barrier to save harry...witch i think it does...then it would have killed her soul...i dont think voldemort used the avada kedavra curse on her...because it never sayd he does...i think think...and if so...then its just like what happened with snape and dumbledore...exet it was voldemorts soul as a sheld...and even if dumbledore fell off the building..he can still use magic without his wand....hes doe it before...to dim the lights...ect..plus...fawks the pheonix was neer by...and he cn heal anything...right?Razz

if it was just a soul shield that would't protect him all those years at privet drive. this protection runs in his blood.

no Dumbledore didn't kill Quirrel Harry's love protection did. possession is different from horcruxation I think. voldy's head would have been on dumblemorts hand if they were the same thing.

meh...true...but i think ive got it forsure this time...in the ministry...when voldemort soul and harrys are intertwined....voldemort wanted dumbledore to kill him...so the later when harry is with dumbledore...dumbledore says...he wanted me to kill you...in the hopes of killing him...but im guessing voldemort knew that his soul wouldnt be killed...and only harrys would....so haha:P...theres no way out of this one man

I see what you are saying but I don't get the point you are trying to make...is it supposed to be related to the last thing you said? Voldemort knew he wouldn't die then and so did DD...or he at least had an idea.

umm..i think that after that dumbledore knew that if two sould were in a body..that one of the sould would die...and im gessing that when dumbledore said...that voledmort never stoped to think about the power of an intact soul..that he was talking about this...i think the soul...that is bigger...survives...and if thats so...and im right about the part of voldemorts soul being in dumbledores hand...then voldemorts soul would have been destroyed...not dumbledore..

dumbledore's soul would have been bigger. it was whole, and voldy's only occoupied the hand. Also...Voldy wouldn't have died simply because he had horcruxes out there.

i know...well...that part of his soul would have died...and i think its the perfect cover...for dumbledore to go rround collecting horcruxes...without him being followed...and honestly...who would suspect a dead man?...
