Definitely not Umbridge, they didn't like one another at all. Aside from that, their personalities would clash too much - he seems set in his ways and she's quite controlling, they'd never get along. I also don't really think Umbridge is capable of romantic feelings towards anyone.
I put other. I always thought Snape had a little somethin'-somethin' going with Sinistra. He was always in the hallways late at night while everyone else was sleeping. I think he was just coming back from - 'stargazing' - in the astronomy tower.

I will have to say Hermione.. Just because that's one of my favorite ships..
Ron would of course be jealous and try to punch Snape in the face.. But Hermione would get mad at him and not talk to Ron anymore. Then Harry would get mad and talk some since into Ron who would then go apologize to Hermione and Snape and they would live Happily ever after with 2 children a boy and a girl.. Boy in Slytherin and girl in Gryffindor.
Oh.. sorry. That is a bit more of a story plot then just saying how Ron would react. lol
