I'm a H/H fan myself. But I did like the way that book 7 has Ron grow up. The DH Ron is a much better match for Hermione. I couldn't see it before but I think that the progress towards maturity Ron made in DH makes it at least somewhat more believable.

That's why I think JKR took so long to officially put them together, he needed to mature. And when he finally did Hermione threw her arms around him and kissed him. awww

I really loved how she took the whole book to finally officially put them together. And I just cried when it finally happened, I'm a huge R/H fan! I was waiting for it! Very Happy

And for some reason I was reminded of the scene in POTC3 when Will and Elizabeth get married in the middle of the battle and kiss with all the romance and gushy music and such. It started playing in my head when I read it, and I was smacking my head to get it out haha.
