I think Voldemort has a Patronus like the other wizards and it is a giant snake. Voldemort has a strong connection with snakes. I think a giant snake is suitable for his Patronus.

If you observe closely when the students secretly practice conjuring their patronae in the Room of Requirement, Ginny Weasley conjures a horse, not a swan.

In the books and in the movies it's stated that all patronus manifestations are totem animals, guardians. I find it interesting that Harry conjures a Stag while Snape conjures a Doe.
