I expected her to be a bit heavier, and to have be more older. She looks like she could be my grandmother. I cant see my grandmother doing the Cruciatus Curse on someone.

i imagined umbridge to be a plump women. the actress who plays umbridge looks too nice. I also imagined her voice to be like a witches.

Now the real problem with me is Harry's hair... but yea I like the new umbridge cuz besides the fact she's not fat enough, I alsways thought of her that way.

I think the fact that she sounds nice and looks like a sweet grandmother makes her perfect. And I saw her in Freedom Writers where she plays a similar character to Umbridge... a more muggle version, so to speak. And she was excellent.

her acting is pretty good in the trailers i have seen. She acts just like the umbridge we all know and hate.
