When did you get yours? One or the other or both. It doesn't matter. I'm posting because I feel silly. I'm almost 17 and I just got my permit. ^-^'

Lol. I can start driver's training in October(at 14 and 9 months), then I get my permit after getting a certain amount of driving time in... I can get my license when I'm 16, and hopefully will get it by that point.

I get my permit this December because I start Drivers Ed in First Quarter of the school year  |

Congratulations!
I hated driver's ed... we had the worst instructor. Luckily, some students in the other car had to switch days, so sometimes I got to be with a different instructor who was much better.
My original car was awkward, anyway. My ex-best friend and my current best friend... and my current best friend's ex best friend. Yeah.. it was as confusing in real life as it was for you reading that.

alas, i hated drivers ed also. our instructor was stupid....stopped at mcdonalds every morning so he could get their coffee

i get my permit as soon as i take my test & pass the test. because i just turned 15
there's a practice text thing that i can take on the internet, so i might do that to see if i might have a chance at passing it, lol.
so when i turn 16 i can get my actual license, & i'm really excited. because i can out to get taco bell at like 1 in my morning for no apparent reason, lol i know im a complete goof.
the only bad thing is that i might become the gopher & drive my brother around all over the place, & if i have to do that too much, i just might leave him on the side of the road & make him hitch hike or something. haha im so nice :]

I have! Omg, typical day of me and my friends... not that we do that stuff anymore. But only because we all have licenses now.

I have my license. I hated Driver's Ed as well. I, too, had a horrible teacher. He was always freakin so energetic and his constant yapping in my ear was unnerving! I'm a huge cluts with no cooridination, so I needed to put all of my concentration to driving! I failed parallel parking  ! I didn't just fail it! I massacred it! I nearly ran over the entire class (I maintain that that entire class was standing dangerously close to the edge ot the curb! It was reall easy to go up onto the curb so far that they had to dodge me!). I did manage to get my license, though! I only got a C in Driver's Ed, though  .

I had to take my test 3 times because I let my temps expire.. The first test I got an 85.. second 90 and third a 93ish.
I got my license almost 2 years ago... I got them in January of 07

i should get my license cuz if theres an emergency with the kids but i am terrified of the car. i really dont want to be responsible for a thousand pounds of metal.

Got mine about 10 years ago. We didn't have Driver's Ed. in school though, so mom taught me until I cried, then dad taught me.
