seems pretty good considering that aside from intelligence yoda was also a beast and survived and won previous wars..and was looked up to as a leader of jedi.

thats true...dumbledore does have many yoda like qualities yoda is a hard one to pick so many good choices

who would be boba fett? Maybe Fenrir

I think that's pretty good, they have some similar qualities/roles.

actually flitwik should be an ewok...wicket to be exact. the same actor did them. I'm liking Dumbledore as Yoda.

Haha yeah. I dont think Harry Potter is the best fit for a comparison with star wars. Pirates of the Carribean seems to follow star wars pretty well...

or snape could be that pilot that turns in luke, han, and leia into vader...bad guy turned good?

Every epic story has an elderly person who knows more about the hero's past... and has some insight in the possible outcome of the journey. They act as a trainer and guide to the hero until a seperation.
Gandolf, Obi-Wan, and Dumbledore are all examples.

Yoda would be Lupin... Sirius... Xeno... even Snape... McGonagall, even. But DD is Obi-Wan, hands down.

hmmm that makes sense too. I could see dumbledore as both obi-wan and yoda. I mean...if dd is obi-wan, then who on earth is yoda? dumbledore is like the tippy top.

I'd rather stick Dumbledore as Yoda because I don't think anyone else can come as close to representing Yoda. I'd rather have Sirius or Lupin be Obi wan. I don't know.

it seems like they should be switched then. yoda was in a higher position of power than obi-wan.

I suggest Moody as Yoda. He became the leader of the Order after DD died. And so that helps with position of power, I guess. But I don't know if that's so important.

I agree with Yoda being Dumbledore. Both are considered the best fighters in their respective universes, both help the protagonist in personal ways, and both kickass. (No word on whether Yoda was gay, though.)

The only one who fits Obi-Wan properly is DD. Lupin or Moody would fit Yoda best, in my opinion.

yes sirius as obi would be good. both mentors/godfathers in a sense. dumbledore as yoda because both old, both teach, both are masters, both are rivals to the ultimate dark lord, and both are awesome. only difference is one is homosexual.

Mace Windu was considered the best lightsaber dueler if remember correctly..
